Your host, Brenda Staines, is a professional caterer with over 30 years experience in the hospitality business.

Brenda has built her reputation by achieving the highest standards in hospitality and cuisine. She is known for the personal care and special attention to detail she brings to every project, and The Brambles is no exception.

Drawing on her considerable experience, Brenda has created a tranquil, luxurious environment for her guests to experience. A blend of comfort and convenience, a stay at The Brambles is an event in itself, rather than simply a functional necessity.
